A little bit about me. I'm a feline D type for all my kinksters out there, a licensed aesthetician and vibrational healer. [00:02:14] These three frequencies can be defined as the first one being circuit rose devotionals. So this is like a meditation and messages for heart based receivership. The second is soft domme pedagogy. So these are frameworks for anointing your power through central hedonistic disciplines. The third is sensual firewalls, frequency. So this is erotic boundaries, energetic protection and psychic hygiene.
[00:02:43] So we're going to move on to number two. So this is prepare your sensory fields. So before pressing play I suggest light a candle, mist your space, wrap yourself in silk if you like that type of tenderness and mood setting. I also suggest that you wear headphones if possible and that allows you to seal a portal between you and noise.
[00:03:05] The third is enter a listening posture. I love this. So rest back if you can comfortably stretch out or settle into a ritual pose. I know folks love listening to podcasts in the car. So please be mindful as you are journeying on your day.

[00:05:06] But I also just wanted to explore so many different intersections of SXII as a 37 year old, definitely feeling grown and sexy, but I often feel like a lot of people don't know sensuality beyond the physical, beyond the sexual. And so this podcast explores all of those nuances.
